Southern Custom Shutters provides consultation, sales, ordering, delivery, and installation of custom window treatments/screens/shutters.

All products are custom-made unless otherwise specified.

• All estimates are based on information available at the time of quoting.
   
• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
   
• Pricing may change if measurements, scope, or product selections change.
   
• Additional labor may be required if unforeseen site conditions arise.
   
• Written approval or deposit constitutes acceptance of pricing.

• A deposit is required before ordering custom products.
   
• Deposits are non-refundable once orders are placed with manufacturers.
   
• Final payment is due upon completion of installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   
• Late payments may incur fees and collection costs.

• Southern Custom Shutters reserves the right to withhold installation or warranty service for unpaid balances.

All window treatments/screens/shutters are custom-made specifically for each customer and project.

• Orders may be canceled after production begins; however, all deposits and payments made are strictly non-refundable.
   
• Once materials are allocated or manufacturing has started, the customer remains financially responsible for the full contract amount.
   
• Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not permitted unless due to a verified manufacturer defect.
   
• Any requested changes after approval may result in additional charges and revised timelines.

Customer agrees to:

• Provide clear and safe access to installation areas
   
• Secure pets and valuables
   
• Disclose known structural or surface concerns
   

Southern Custom Shutters is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage
   
• Hidden structural issues
   
• Minor cosmetic impacts associated with standard installation practices
   

Installation dates are estimated and may be affected by:

• Manufacturer lead times
   
• Shipping delays
   
• Weather conditions
   
• Customer availability
   
• Delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

These communications may include appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, service reminders, billing information, and project updates.

Manufacturer warranties apply to products supplied. Installation workmanship is warranted for 12 months unless otherwise stated. Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (Unless specified directly by manufacturer)
   
• Improper use or cleaning
   
• Damage caused by others
   
• Alterations after installation
   

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Southern Custom Shutters’ liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service provided. We are not liable for:

• Incidental damages
   
• Consequential damages
   
• Loss of use
   
• Indirect financial losses
   

All content on our website, including logos, images, text, and marketing materials, is the property of Southern Custom Shutters and may not be used without written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which services are performed.

Southern Custom Shutters may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

By approving an estimate, paying a deposit, scheduling installation, or using our website, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service.
